residential

This residential project unfolds in two blocks carefully ornamented with natural textures of stone and wood. Both blocks are designed to highlight the organic beauty of the materials, enhancing the combination of materials and creating an elegant interplay between the warmth of the wood and the solidity of the stone. The façade comes to life by integrating green areas that surround the structure and a fountain that complements the modern and sophisticated design of the ensemble.

Inside, the presence of a palette of oak wood, bleached oak flooring, and metallic finishes stands out, emphasizing the contrast between the natural and the contemporary. Natural light predominates in the entrance hall, where the staircase, illuminated with minimalist LED lighting, connects the social and private spaces.

The living and dining rooms are connected, both bathed in natural light, creating the perfect environment for social interaction. These spaces extend to the rear garden, surrounded by greenery and equipped with outdoor furniture, merging the interior with nature. The combination of textures — from the rugs to the furniture selection, along with lighting and smoked mirrors — reinforces the contemporary aesthetic of the residence. In the center of the house, an interior garden adds a dynamic element, maintaining an organic connection with the surroundings and enriching the visual experience of the home.

The bedrooms maintain an elegant aesthetic, with the master bedroom featuring its own TV room, divided into two by a central wall. The secondary bedrooms are complemented with desks, chandeliers, and windows that open to the outdoors, enhancing the overall experience.
