Cabos II is a residential project developed on a compact and morphologically challenging site. The design integrates multiple areas by working with the natural slope of the land to create lower-level terraces. This strategy allowed for the inclusion of an infinity pool that maximizes the use of the terrain and enhances the spatial experience.

The house is positioned to present three visible facades, creating a dynamic relationship with its surroundings. As with Cabos I, the design prioritizes views from principal spaces such as the main bedroom and living room, ensuring that the interior spaces maintain a strong visual connection with the landscape.

Local context played an important role in material selection and landscape design. Native vegetation was incorporated in planters to reinforce the connection with the region. Interior design reflects an intentional integration of facade materials to create a coherent transition between exterior and interior.

The facade features technological stone inspired by travertine, chosen to harmonize with common regional materials while adding warmth. Wood veneer adds comfort to prominent areas such as the living room and main bedroom. Santo Tomás marble flooring provides a refined contrast that balances the warmth of the wood. Alucobond is used strategically on visible structural elements such as beams to introduce a contemporary contrast to the stonework. Chukum finishes further reinforce the coastal atmosphere and relate directly to the project’s location.

The color palette is composed of neutral tones, ensuring enduring quality and visual balance. Warm brown accents complement the natural materials and contribute to an inviting atmosphere.
