Developed across three levels, the home takes advantage of the sloped terrain to frame panoramic city views and strengthen the connection between interior and exterior spaces.

Concrete, steel, Lucerna stone, wood flooring, and technological stone define a material palette that feels both refined and enduring. Each finish was selected to create a balance between warmth, strength, and timeless architectural character.
atmosphere
Natural light, spaciousness, and warmth shape the experience throughout the residence. Key spaces such as the living area, dining room, terrace with infinity pool, and basement cinema were designed to elevate everyday living through comfort, views, and atmosphere.
