Cabos I is a residential project developed on a compact site, designed to create a fluid and well-connected home. From the beginning, the design focused on linking each space directly while maximizing views and strengthening the relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The architectural language draws from local materials and native vegetation to connect the house to its context. Cantera stone brings texture, durability, and a strong sense of place, while chukum introduces a fresh coastal character.

Inside, wood veneer adds warmth across social and private areas, balanced by Santo Tomás marble flooring for a refined contrast. Visible structural elements clad in Alucobond reinforce the project’s contemporary expression.

A neutral palette with soft brown tones enhances the natural materials and creates a warm, timeless atmosphere. The result is a home that responds clearly to its program and setting, where form, function, and context work in harmony.
