Encinos III is a three-level residence defined by the relationship between form, spatial experience, and landscape. Its design creates an integrated atmosphere while giving each area a distinct character.

The façade’s volumetric composition is the project’s most recognizable element, bringing rhythm, depth, and a sculptural identity to the residence. At the same time, it helps frame views, filter light, and provide privacy.

Carefully oriented to preserve the iconic “M”-shaped silhouette of the Sierra Madre, the house strengthens its connection to the surrounding context. The result is a residence shaped by proportion, expression, and a strong dialogue with the landscape.
