One of the building's standout features is its striking façade, which integrates translucent panels that offer enhanced impact protection and UV resistance while allowing for optimal natural light diffusion. Inside, the Co-Work area accommodates up to 40 individuals, where every element reinforces the modern industrial style while maintaining privacy without sacrificing the flow of daylight.
