E-Tech Offices was designed to stand out within Monterrey’s urban landscape through a holistic vision that combines high-tech office design with a contemporary industrial aesthetic.

Developed across four levels on a compact site, the project features a striking façade with translucent panels that provide protection, UV resistance, and controlled natural light. Inside, the cowork area accommodates up to 40 people in an environment that balances privacy, openness, and daylight.

The laboratory and terraces extend the same architectural language, creating a cohesive workspace experience throughout. Together, the project sets a strong standard for modern and innovative office design.
