Founded on August 17, 2020 by Architect Rogelio Almaguer Castruita, DIP Arquitectos emerges as an initiative of Grupo ISEA, with a vision focused on design that transcends time under the philosophy of “Timeless Design.

 

His academic background includes a degree in Architecture from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and studies at Harvard University, complemented by a Master’s in Project and Business Management from Northwestern University, with a focus on Real Estate, Construction, and Architecture. Through Northwestern’s MPM program, he acquired key tools to structure a process-based design practice capable of operating efficiently and independently.

Under his leadership, DIP has developed residential, multifamily, interior, and brand architecture projects spanning from Monterrey to Miami, Los Angeles, and Dubai. Rogelio’s vision is for the firm to thrive beyond his presence,  operating through solid standards, advanced technology, efficiency, and a shared vision among the team.

In parallel, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM), where he shares his professional insights and philosophy with emerging designers. He also actively participates in industry events and collaborative initiatives, such as “The Full Company,” which aim to elevate the standards of the architectural and real estate sectors in Mexico.

Rogelio believes in continuous innovation, at DIP tools such as artificial intelligence are explored to enhance design processes and operational efficiency, maintaining a delicate balance between aesthetics, functionality, and human value.
