Joaquin Roche
Design Associate Level II
Joaquín Roche conceives architecture as the possibility of transforming an idea into a tangible experience. For him, each project is an opportunity to design spaces that not only address functional needs but also convey identity and meaning. His practical and determined character has guided him to make agile decisions on site, balancing creativity with efficiency, while maintaining a close connection with the people who will inhabit the spaces.
A graduate in Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Joaquín has built a diverse career ranging from architectural and executive modeling to the comprehensive coordination of projects on site. His experience includes residential, industrial, and institutional architecture, as well as roles as Project Supervisor, where he has led planning, quantity surveying, interdisciplinary coordination, and direct collaboration with clients and construction teams.
His academic background is further complemented by a Diploma in Landscaping from the British School of Creative Arts and Technology (EBAC), along with specialized programs such as Introduction to Negotiations from Yale University and Professional Project Management Fundamentals from Microsoft. These credentials enrich his integral perspective, adding value at every stage of the architectural process.
