The use of luxor stone, distinguished by its natural texture and muted coloration, establishes a foundation of warmth and understated elegance. This materiality is enhanced by the specification of Alucobond Champagne Metallic, meticulously selected to articulate a contemporary motif that imbues the composition with pronounced contrast and refined sophistication. The dialogue between classic and contemporary is further enhanced by LED strips, which highlight the building’s geometry and enrich its presence, especially at dusk.
A light‑toned color palette brings a sense of calm to each space, contributing to a serene and luminous atmosphere that permeates both exterior and interior areas.
A defining feature of the project is the courtyard nestled within the commercial precinct, envisioned as an intermediary realm between public and private spheres. This verdant core allows abundant natural light to the adjacent residences, operates as a unifying spatial nexus, and provides occupants with an al fresco environment conducive to repose and social exchange.
Piamont reflects architecture conceived for permanence. Every material and spatial decision is meticulously calibrated to enrich the experiential dimension of its inhabitants. Our multidisciplinary team also crafted the branding for “Piamont,” linking design and identity through a name that means “at the foot of the mountain” and reflects the project’s intrinsic bond with its landscape.
