Ají Bistro is a gastronomic interior inspired by the visual energy and sophistication of major Asian cities. The project was designed as an immersive dining experience where interior design and brand identity are fully integrated, each decision, from layout to lighting, reinforces a strong and memorable character.cross three levels, the home takes advantage of the sloped terrain to frame panoramic city views and strengthen the connection between interior and exterior spaces.
finishes
Red defines the space from the moment you enter, set against dark furnishings and black marble that add depth and visual balance. Graphic elements, curated lighting, and material contrasts work together to reinforce the sensory quality of the project and its connection to the brand.
atmosphere
The result is a restaurant that feels bold and cohesive in equal measure vibrant enough to make an impression, refined enough to hold it. Every detail contributes to an experience that is as much about where you are as what you're eating.
