Founded on August 17, 2020 by Architect Rogelio Almaguer Castruita, DIP Arquitectos was born from a vision to transform the real estate and architecture industries through innovation. Guided by the philosophy of the “Elevation Era,” the firm seeks to redefine how architecture is conceived, developed, and experienced.
Rogelio holds a degree in Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with studies at Harvard University and a Master’s in Project and Business Management from Northwestern University, focused on real estate, construction, and architecture.
Under his leadership, DIP has developed residential, multifamily, interior, and brand architecture projects from Monterrey to Miami, Los Angeles, and Dubai. With a strong focus on innovation, technology, and process-driven design, the firm continues to elevate industry standards while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and human value.
