Located in Monterrey’s Distrito Tec, the project brings together coworking areas, commercial spaces, multifunctional rooms, and residential apartments within a dynamic urban environment.

The architectural language is defined by a sustainable approach that prioritizes natural light, vegetation, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Carefully selected materials and integrated landscaping create a contemporary, warm, and environmentally conscious setting.
