Located along Avenida Eulalio Gutiérrez Treviño, in the vibrant northern area of Saltillo, Altavía emerges as a new reference for mixed-use urban development. Composed of two elegant towers joined by a central pedestrian corridor, Altavía integrates commercial and residential life into a cohesive environment.

The complex features two commercial levels, wellness-oriented amenities, and five residential floors in each tower, creating a balanced dialogue between functionality, design, and well-being. Altavía redefines the way people experience vertical living within a human-scaled environment. More than a real estate project, Altavía represents a new way of inhabiting Saltillo.
