concept
Casa Almería is shaped by its response to a sloped, irregular terrain. Set on a 1,178 m² plot, the project transforms the topography into a dynamic architectural composition with a sculptural curvature and a strong, distinctive identity. Its three-level design establishes a bold and immersive presence, while a central interior garden organizes the relationship between social and private areas.

finishes
Dark tones define the material palette throughout the residence. Marble, bronze accents, and moldings reinforce a sense of refinement, while expansive glazing and an infinity pool extend the architecture outward and connect it to the landscape.

atmosphere
The natural curves of the site are echoed through the spatial layout, creating an interior that feels both grounded and fluid. Warmth and sophistication emerge from the interplay of rich materials and controlled light, resulting in a residence with a refined contemporary character.
