The façade embraces dark tones, extending across its three levels, utilizing a carefully selected palette of textures both inside and out. Large windows and an infinity pool are visible from the front, creating an immersive atmosphere that captivates from the very first impression.

DIP Architects enhanced the natural curves of the terrain, integrating them seamlessly into various areas of the project, both exterior and interior. Casa Almería welcomes its guests with an elegant interior garden, which not only adorns but also organizes the distribution of social and private areas.

The property features three bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and two secondary bedrooms. Common areas include a spacious double-height dining room, a living room with garden views, a terrace, and social spaces designed for gatherings, including an infinity pool with panoramic views of the city and a barbecue area. The kitchen and dining room, clad in marble, play with the proportions of the space through a carefully curated selection of chandeliers, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere.
