The selection of finishes creates a warm, sophisticated atmosphere through a balance of natural textures, refined surfaces, and subtle contrasts. Neutral tones combined with darker accents add depth and character, while carefully integrated details create continuity throughout the spaces, reinforcing a contemporary, elegant, and timeless aesthetic.

A central feature of the project is its social area, composed of three interconnected spaces designed to work as a unified whole while maintaining the identity of each one. This balance between cohesion and individuality became a defining part of the project's spatial strategy.
