Casa CG is an architectural project conceived to integrate everyday functionality with a refined spatial experience. The design explores the balance between intimacy and monumentality, combining controlled scales with expressive architectural elements to create a residence with a strong and distinctive identity.
The project emphasizes spatial continuity and harmony through the use of natural light, open layouts, and a material palette that reinforces a sense of permanence and belonging. These elements work together to shape an environment where function and atmosphere coexist with clarity and intention.
Social areas play a central role in the house. Composed of three interconnected spaces, they were designed as a unified system, maintaining their individual character without compromising cohesion. Achieving this balance
represented one of the main architectural challenges of the project and became a defining aspect of its spatial strategy.
This project represented an opportunity to step beyond familiar approaches, addressing complex design decisions that ultimately strengthened the project. The result is a residence where architectural discipline, spatial quality, and thoughtful detailing converge into a cohesive and purposeful design.
