concept
The design responds directly to the site's natural slope, organizing the program across three levels: a daily-use garage and collector-car showroom on the ground floor, social areas on the first floor, and private spaces above. The proposal balances controlled natural light with framed views of the city, while double-height spaces and a custom chandelier emphasize the verticality of the main living area.

finishes
The material palette reinforces a warm and sophisticated atmosphere: stone surfaces act as focal points, wood textures introduce warmth, and darker accents add depth and contrast. These materials are complemented by carefully selected furnishings and soft curved elements, resulting in a residence that feels both refined and inviting.

atmosphere
From the façade, wood finishes anticipate the home's interior character. The interplay of materials, lighting, and furniture works together to create a spatial experience that balances the solidity of stone with the organic warmth of wood and curved forms shaping a home that is elegant yet deeply livable.
