residential
Donatello is a hillside residence designed to balance monumentality with intimacy. Set on a 2,400 sq. m. plot, the project responds to the site’s natural slope through a spatial layout that feels both grounded and integrated with the terrain.
Engineered woods, exposed beams, and polished concrete define a material palette of permanence and refined simplicity, while the architecture prioritizes fluidity and flexibility across the home.
A distinctive feature of the project is the garage and man cave, connected across two levels to create a layered spatial experience. The result is a residence shaped by topography, materiality, and a strong architectural presence.
