The Oasis is a residence conceived as a sanctuary, a place where architecture settles into the desert landscape rather than competing with it. Spanning over 6,000 sqm, the project brings together contemporary design and the timeless character of its surroundings into a composition that feels both deliberate and deeply calm. Every decision, from the siting to the materiality, responds to the land it stands on.
finishes
Natural materials, subtle textures and a warm, restrained palette define the interior language of The Oasis. Each surface is chosen to echo the tones and weight of the desert, grounded, quiet, and refined without effort.
atmosphere
Water mirrors catch the shifting desert light and return it softened, bringing balance and thermal comfort to the architecture throughout the day. Expansive interiors open onto shaded courtyards and terraces, dissolving the boundary between inside and out. The result is a residence where serenity is structural — built into the light, the materials, and the way the space breathes.
