E-Tech Offices was designed to stand out within Monterrey's urban landscape, a holistic vision that merges high-tech office design with a contemporary industrial aesthetic across four levels on a compact site.

A striking façade of translucent panels defines the exterior, providing UV resistance and controlled natural light. Inside, the cowork area accommodates up to 40 people, balancing privacy, openness, and daylight throughout.
