El Árbol is a luxury apartment located in one of the most iconic areas of San Pedro Garza García, sharing its name with the building that houses it. The project was designed to balance innovative design with timeless elegance — creating a space with a strong urban presence and a clear residential identity shaped by panoramic city views and an abundance of natural light.
finishes
The interior opens with a foyer finished in cool-toned wood paneling that sets a calm, refined tone before giving way to the warmer materials throughout — floors and furniture in warmer finishes that bring comfort and depth to each room. The contrast between these two registers runs through the project as a deliberate design decision, adding visual interest without disrupting the overall cohesion.
atmosphere
Natural light is the defining element of El Árbol — it moves through the space generously, enhancing the sense of openness and reinforcing the connection with the exterior. The result is a home where every detail has been considered to offer warmth, comfort, and elegance in equal measure, making it a true urban retreat for family life.
