Casa El Campanario is a 750 sq. m. residence in Querétaro that combines classic references with contemporary architectural expression. Inspired by the city’s cultural and historical context, the project creates a timeless atmosphere through balanced proportions, natural materials, and carefully integrated detail.

Organized across three levels, the house is structured around a central garden that connects the different areas while bringing light, freshness, and continuity to the interior.

A palette of sand tones, terracotta accents, and oak wood finishes shapes a warm and refined environment, while interior and exterior green areas strengthen the relationship between the house and its surroundings. The result is a residence defined by harmony, material warmth, and a clear dialogue between tradition and modernity.
