concept
Casa El Campanario is a 750 m² residence in Querétaro that draws from the city's cultural and historical context to create a timeless architectural expression. Organized across three levels, the house is structured around a central garden that connects its different areas while bringing light, continuity, and a sense of openness to the interior. The result is a residence defined by balanced proportions and a clear dialogue between tradition and modernity.

finishes
A palette of sand tones, terracotta accents, and oak wood finishes defines the material language of the residence. Natural materials are carefully selected and integrated to reinforce the warmth and refinement of each space, maintaining coherence across interior and exterior surfaces.

atmoshphere
Interior and exterior green areas strengthen the connection between the house and its surroundings, creating an environment that feels both grounded and alive. The interplay of natural light, organic materials, and considered detail shapes a warm and harmonious atmosphere with a quietly refined contemporary character.
