encinos iii
[R]
residential
Encinos III is a project conceived from the development of three levels, where each space is designed to offer a unique and integrated atmosphere. The architectural composition emphasizes the relationship between form and experience, establishing a dynamic dialogue between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.
The volumetric play on the façade serves as the project’s most distinctive feature, offering visual rhythm and a sculptural presence that defines the identity of the residence. This formal gesture is not only expressive but also functional, allowing for privacy, natural light, and framed views.
A key element in the design is the preservation of the iconic “M”-shaped silhouette of the Sierra Madre. The orientation and layout of the residence were carefully planned to maintain visual access to this emblematic mountain, reinforcing the connection between the architecture and its natural context.
Encinos III reflects a vision that integrates proportion, landscape, and expression, resulting in a residence that is both deliberate in its structure and fluid in its spatial experience.
