Encinos III is a three-level residence where architecture and landscape actually talk to each other. Every decision — from orientation to layout — was made with the surroundings in mind, including a deliberate nod to the iconic "M" silhouette of the Sierra Madre. Each area has its own character, but the whole thing feels cohesive.
atmosphere
Sculptural but livable. The façade gives the house a strong identity, adding rhythm and depth while still doing practical things like framing views, filtering light, and creating privacy. It's a home that holds its own against a pretty dramatic backdrop.
