concept
A residence defined by precision and contrast. Encinos IV is a contemporary home where bold architectural volumes meet the natural ruggedness of its surroundings. The façade layers raw stone, warm wood cladding, and dark metal frames into a composition that feels both grounded and refined. A home that commands its landscape without overwhelming it.

finishes
Every surface tells a story. Raw stone anchors the base of the residence, giving way to vertical wood panels that bring warmth and texture to the upper volumes. Inside, veined marble walls, high-gloss dark flooring, and backlit shelving create a rich, layered interior. Leather furnishings, brass accents, and sheer floor-to-ceiling curtains complete a palette that is luxurious yet restrained.

atmosphere
Where drama meets calm. Double-height living spaces open to sweeping mountain views, framed by floor-to-ceiling glazing that dissolves the boundary between interior and landscape. A sculptural gold chandelier cascades from above, anchoring the room with an organic, artistic presence. The result is a home that feels expansive and serene elevated in every sense of the word
