concept
Two volumes, one composition. Encinos 81 is a residence where stone and wood define the architectural character — balancing warmth, solidity, and contemporary expression in equal measure. Integrated greenery and a fountain reinforce the project's connection to its surroundings, grounding the home in its landscape with quiet intention.

finishes
Natural and sophisticated in equal parts. Oak wood, bleached oak flooring, and metallic finishes come together in a material palette that feels honest and refined. Natural light plays a central role throughout, animating surfaces and deepening the relationship between interior and exterior as open social spaces extend seamlessly toward the garden.

atmoshphere
Life organized around light and nature. An interior garden brings continuity and movement into the heart of the residence, enhancing its organic character and keeping the home in constant dialogue with the outdoors. The result is a calm, elegant atmosphere — a place where materiality and light work together to create something that feels both grounded and alive.
