encinos i

[R]
residential

This residential project is located in an exclusive subdivision in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. With an elongated lot and panoramic views of the mythical mountains of the region, this residential project maintains a sober architectural language through its exterior and interior walls in sandy colors and water mirrors surrounded by vegetation that enrich the experience of the residence.

The façade of Encinos II is composed of 2 levels, integrating a palette of materials such as gray quarry and walnut wood finishes that provide warmth and sophistication. A distinctive element of the design is a tree that takes center stage in the façade design, framed by steel beams and the structure of the house. The residence integrates neutral colors, vegetation and small water mirrors that function as elements of serenity.

Every design decision complies with the guidelines of the subdivision and is aligned with the family's needs. As an initial brief, the couple requested a place to share as a family, an elevator for easy commuting and spacious social and private areas. Each secondary bedroom has a walk in closet, the master bedroom stands out with an anteroom, a bookcase that divides the room and a bathroom illuminated by natural light.

The use of strategic LED lighting highlights key elements of the design, such as the visual highlights with trees and natural stones in their original form. In addition, an elevator facilitates movement between levels, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all family members. Encinos II is a residence that achieves a balance between modernity, functionality and connection with the natural surroundings, making it a home designed to enjoy family life in harmony with the environment.
