Nestled on the shore of the reservoir lies The Lake House. With a backdrop of azure atmosphere, this project was designed by our team to frame one of the region's most iconic locations. Where the vastness of the lake complements the open social spaces.

Our team designed each space with the lake as the protagonist, seeking to make the most of the natural light that warmly bathes the interiors. Artificial lighting was carefully selected to enhance the depth of every texture, creating a dialogue between light and space that defines each corner of The Lake House.

The symmetrical facade unfolds the palette of materials used within the project. Upon entering, you are greeted by a garage transformed into an elegant roundabout. The doors unfold to reveal the main staircase with a commanding presence; its open and elevated structure connects different spaces within the project and establishes a natural flow in the layout.

The choice of materials in this project sets the atmosphere of the place. We merged elegant materials such as bronze and metals with natural materials like travertine and marble.

To achieve an elegant and minimalist look in the kitchen, integrated lighting in the furniture was prioritized, achieving a clean and contemporary aesthetic. This lighting is present both in cabinets and on the central island. The marble bar is complemented by carefully selecting decorative elements and accessories that reinforce the project's style.
