concept
Mar Azul presents a complete architectural vision where façade design, interior atmosphere, and project identity come together as one coherent experience. Through a holistic approach, the proposal connects exterior and interior language to create a strong and unified character. Materials, light, and form are carefully composed to express the project's values and bring harmony to every space.

finishes
The façade combines warm stucco in soft sand and beige tones with rounded, arched volumes that give the building a sculptural, organic silhouette. Vertical accents in a woven terracotta and copper-toned lattice punctuate the composition, adding texture and rhythm against the smooth plaster surfaces. Wood-toned cladding lines the balcony soffits and interior-facing walls, while glass railings keep the arched terraces open and light. At the ground level, a palapa-style woven reed ceiling defines the beach club and lounge areas, reinforcing a coastal, artisanal character.

atmosphere
Warm LED lighting traces the arches and lattice, giving the building a glowing presence at dusk. Dense palm landscaping and ocean views create a relaxed, resort-like calm by day, both on the terraces and at the beachfront lounge.
