A home reimagined for the way life unfolds today. On the shores of Miami, this single-story residence was thoughtfully redesigned to adapt to the evolving dynamics of its family. More than an expansion with the addition of a living room, a study, and an outdoor foyer that doubles as parking the project set out to redefine the home's identity entirely, embracing a contemporary and sober approach while preserving its essential connection between interior and exterior.
finishes
A dialogue between texture and restraint. The façade introduces technological stone in a slatted finish alongside wood in lattice and soffit, contrasting harmoniously with the surrounding vegetation used as a natural frame. Inside, light tech stone floors and stave details bring warmth and texture, while brushed aluminum panels in gray tones and pietra gray-inspired surfaces reinforce the contemporary aesthetic. Smoky mirrors and low-slung furnishings complete a palette that feels serene and considered.

Calm with a pulse. Burnt red accents woven through cushions, lamps, and carefully placed objects introduce a vibrant contrast against the home's otherwise understated palette, keeping the atmosphere alive without disrupting its quiet elegance. Natural light moves freely between interior and exterior, blurring boundaries and reinforcing the residence's most defining quality: a home that feels open, grounded, and deeply at ease with its surroundings.
