Mirador de la Loma is a remodeling project conceived to update a classic-style residence while preserving its architectural essence. The intervention introduces a contemporary language that responds to everyday living through functional, comfortable, and visually balanced social spaces.

Focused mainly on the redesign of the home’s shared areas, the project brings clarity and cohesion through a refined material palette of Taj Mahal quartzite, Tundra Grey marble, Rochelle Grey marble, ash walnut veneer, and wallpaper.

A defining element of the renovation is the basement, transformed into a darker, more introspective social area with a distinct identity. The result is a residence that balances tradition and modernity with warmth, character, and renewed relevance.
