Mirador de la Loma is a remodeling project conceived to update a classic-style residence while preserving its architectural essence. The intervention introduces a contemporary language that responds to everyday living through functional, comfortable, and visually balanced social spaces.
atmosphere
A defining element of the renovation is the basement, transformed into a darker, more introspective social area with a distinct identity. The result is a residence that balances tradition and modernity with warmth, character, and renewed relevance.
finishes
Focused mainly on the redesign of the home’s shared areas, the project brings clarity and cohesion through a refined material palette of Taj Mahal quartzite, Tundra Grey marble, Rochelle Grey marble, ash walnut veneer, and wallpaper.
atmosphere
A central feature of the project is its social area, composed of three interconnected spaces designed to work as a unified whole while maintaining the identity of each one. This balance between cohesion and individuality became a defining part of the project's spatial strategy.
