Spread across two levels on a 2,067 sq. m. site, the residence is built around the vineyard at its core, with social spaces, double-height interiors, gardens, and outdoor areas that welcome both everyday living and meaningful gathering.

Rooted in the land. A restrained material palette draws from the textures and tones of Parras, letting the natural surroundings speak through every surface. Each material was chosen to deepen the connection between interior and landscape, creating a sensory experience that feels as organic as it is refined.

Where tradition meets the contemporary. Inspired by the Mexican hacienda, Parvada reinterprets its timeless character through a modern lens.
