concept
5900 Pinecrest was designed around three guiding principles: functionality, timelessness, and uniqueness. Developed across two levels, the residence balances a bold exterior presence, defined by warm wood cladding, stone, and native desert landscaping with a thoughtfully programmed interior that serves every stage of daily life.

finishes
The material palette is grounded in dark and warm-toned woods, travertine, brushed brass, and an Arabescato marble that appears throughout the home as both a structural and decorative element. In the master bathroom, the stone wraps continuously from floor to ceiling, framing a freestanding tub as its focal point. Brass vessel sinks, fluted wood panels, and sculptural pendant lighting reinforce the project's commitment to craft and detail at every scale.

atmosphere
Each space within 5900 Pinecrest carries a distinct character while remaining part of a cohesive whole. The double-height foyer sets a tone of quiet grandeur, anchored by a sculptural staircase and floating crystal pendants. The library, dining room, and master suite each offer a different emotional register from intimate and contemplative to open and luminous — unified by a warm, grounded palette that makes the home feel both curated and lived-in.
